At Digital Print, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Information 

To return your product, please use the following steps:

1. Package the item securely in the original packaging.

2. Include a copy of your order confirmation and a note explaining the reason for the return.

3. Ship the package to the address provided below. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. 

Return Acceptance Information 

We will accept returns under the following conditions: 

Items must be unused and in the original packaging. 
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. 
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Processing Action 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
